Booking
How do I book a campsite?
Browse our available campsites, select a spot, choose your check-in and check-out dates, and submit a booking request. The campsite vendor will review and approve your booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Please contact the campsite vendor directly to discuss cancellation. Cancellation policies may vary by campsite.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
After submitting a booking request, the vendor will review it. You can check your booking status under "My Bookings" in your account. Once approved, you can proceed to payment.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently support online payment through our platform. The payment is processed once your booking is approved by the vendor.
When do I need to pay?
Payment is required after your booking is approved by the campsite vendor. You will see a "Proceed to Payment" button in your bookings page.
General
What should I bring to the campsite?
Each campsite has different amenities. Check the campsite details page for camp rules and available facilities. Generally, bring your own tent (for tent spots), sleeping bag, food supplies, and personal items.
How do I become a vendor?
Register an account and select "Vendor" as your role during registration. You can then add your campsites, manage spots, and start receiving bookings.
How do I contact a campsite vendor?
Each campsite listing shows the vendor's contact information. You can also ask questions directly on the campsite page.
